Thanksgiving came and went rather slowly...
Dinner was due to start at 4pm but due to out of town clients (non-American) we had to push the celebration back to 7- which in Mexican time translates to 8pm. No worries, we had great lasagna left overs and it gave me plenty of time to "perfect" the dessert I had been planning for weeks!
The idea came thanks to the Inchmark blog but since I could not locate such teeny pots I ended up using the next size up (worked out just fine). Thursday morning Paula Deen, Gen and I began mixing the ingredients to our sweet pumpkin pie.
They were a huge hit and I am contemplating using the idea as Christmas gifts for co-workers...now if only I could find a different recipe (something that does not involve apples). Any suggestions?
PS: Ignore the "mazel tov". I was too cheap to shell out eight bucks for a Turkey stamper...don't judge.

I love this idea, the pies are so cute! and your pictures of them look straight out of a Martha Stewart mag! I wonder how it could be modified to a christmas theme.....
Sorry for the delays of these foreigners Pandi, having a Contractor at home is like being behind bars. I hope you forgive your old Man.
Nesos, love.
