Two Brides-to-be and me!
Stacey had the wonderful idea of taking on Bikram Yoga. For those of you that don't have the privilege of knowing what Bikram Yoga is, allow me to explain:
You practice yoga in a 105 degrees Fahrenheit in order to basically, sweat your balls off.
Why would we do this? Good question. Pure vanity (and insanity).
The Brides-to-Be (Stacey & Beckie) have an important date to slim down for. Me? I'm on a mission to lose 30 pounds. Yes. You read that right. I put in my height, age and weight on this health site- turns out I am "slightly overweight"- their words, not mine. Therefore, I am on the loose!
It's been 3 days of this hellish Bikram crap. It's really not that bad but when your hands are pruning from your own sweat...it's not pretty. The fact that I am burning 732 calories per hour (in a 90 minute class) keeps me coming. Along with the check I handed over Monday night.
So, if you see me: please keep all sweets and fats at a distance. Until then, I'm off to raid my healthy pantry.

I'm nervous about this class! How will I be able to do anything if the pool of sweat under me takes over?
